Try these commands in Terminal Emulator if you have root access : 

/opt/android-sdk-update-manager/platform-tools/adb shell
pm disable com.htc.laputa.trip.TripWidget
pm disable com.htc.laputa
pm disable com.htc.laputa.HtcLaputaInstaller
